キャンセルについて | Cancellation Policy

・宿泊予定日の7日前から1日前までのキャンセルは、30,000円のキャンセル料を申し受けます。
・宿泊予定日当日のキャンセルは、宿泊料金の100％をキャンセル料として申し受けます。
・無連絡キャンセル（ノーショー）の場合も、宿泊料金の100％をキャンセル料として申し受けます。

・Cancellations made between 7 days and 1 day before the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of JPY 30,000.
・Cancellations made on the check-in date will be charged 100% of the total accommodation fee as a cancellation fee.
・In the case of a no-show, 100% of the total accommodation fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
